Mr. Hammond is a Project Manager and Engineer with the firm. He has performed all stages of design engineering; including hydraulic analysis of storm drain systems and construction inspection. He is responsible for the day to day progress of assembling construction & design drawings on AutoCAD. He works closely with clients and the regulatory agencies to ensure a successful final product that is agreeable to both parties. Some of his projects have included:


• Grenada Water System, City of Grenada, California
Project Engineer and Inspector for a completely new water system for Grenada, including; new well site and pump, over 4 miles of new transmission and distribution mains, water meters, new 275,000 gal. water storage tank, coordination and communication with local residents, testing services, creation and review of pay estimates, coordinating with County and state regulatory agencies.

•Eastside Sewer Project, City of Yreka, California
Project Engineer for civil design for new sanitary sewer to extend City of Yreka service. Design consisted of 11,718 LF of 8” gravity sewer, 8,735 LF of 6” force main, 4 Lift Stations, a railroad crossing and a highway crossing using bore and jacking. Design required coordination with City personnel, Railroad engineers, Cal-Trans, and federal regulatory agencies.

•Sewer Replacement Project, City of Mt. Shasta, CA
Complete civil design for replacement of existing sanitary sewer services, per I&I study and City personnel input. Design consisted of more than 16,000 LF of replacement sanitary sewer service. Redesign of some existing water and storm drain was also required. Design will include boring and jacking for Railroad crossing, construction inspection, and coordination of design with federal regulatory and funding agencies.


•Phillipe Lane Reconstruction, Yreka, California
Redesign street structural sections and pavement based on new soils tests, determine appropriate truck traffic loadings and volume for street design, perform new drainage study and redesign entire storm drain system, design railroad crossing using concrete panels involving regrading of the road and extensive coordination with Yreka Western Railroad, some construction inspection and testing.
